Super hotel and wonderful beach Lamai

Excellent hotel, with attentive staff and excellent villas. We lived in a villa with a pool overlooking the garden. It is a secluded villa with its own swimming pool, spacious with teak interiors, with its own kitchen and washing machine (mothers of three children will understand me), and kitchenware is also available on request. Excellent beach with large golden sand and clean, beautiful sea. The Lamai district itself, where the hotel is quiet and cozy, in general if you do not need a party, but need a cozy and super kind atmosphere, then definitely to this hotel. Breakfasts are great, not a buffet on the menu, but no limit on the number of deliciousness and drinks. And a special thank you to the wonderful Andrei (deputy hotel manager) for his attention. And it's so nice not to stress out on vacation and to solve everything in Russian. It is worth noting that the menu in the restaurant also has in Russian and very delicious dishes. We already miss the hotel and the wonderful beach. We'll definitely get back to you.

No professionalism and education from those who run a FABULOUS place!

I make a premise... the review I'm about to do is not on the structure of the hotel but on the NEW management "Direction" of the structure that I know and frequent as a Guest since 2012 year of its opening, and that I have had the opportunity to appreciate in all these years that I go to Koh Samui.... I go at least once a year!!!! I had the pleasure of knowing both the Owner and the various Directors who succeeded to the management of the Resort, and I also met all the employees, both waiters / cooks / beach managers / gardeners / masseuses etc etc etc and with some of them I also made friends. In addition over the years I have introduced the structure to many friends who consequently were guests of the same and in turn have introduced it to other people (and so it works if you are well in a place). Let's get to the point that makes me write with regret the treatment received in this vacanza.Faccio note that even when I was not their guest during the holidays, but I stayed in other strutture.mi and was always granted with extreme kindness to be able to take advantage of the beach and the beds of the piscina..e of course I and my family or friends have ALWAYS spent adequately in bar and restaurant services to compensate for their ospitalita.Quest.anno I did not stay from them.e as always arriving at the property I go to the reception and greet those present and ask if I can as always spend the day in the piscina..la answer and YES . I sit on a sunbed and I start sunbathing... after a few hours a young lady arrives who does not even show up (European nationality) and tells me that the outsiders can not use the beds! I point out that just before her colleagues at the reception had confirmed the opposite, but she with a superior tone and little... very little professionalism. tells me that I must IMMEDIATELY leave the structure! I was so hurt that I did not have the strength and the desire to discuss I left .. from the place that I have lived for many years and where I have always been pampered and loved .. both as a customer and as a amico.Mia simple and humble consideration .." Aimed at the young lady in question" she will ONLY be doing her job.but know that kindness and professionalism and respect for people you do not buy at 7eleven!!! It was enough to tell me , that for today you can stop.but from tomorrow I was no longer allowed to use the services of the hotel because the rules had changed!!!!!! P.S. I hope for her that in her life, she never feels humiliated like I did!

The villa was spacious , beautifully furnished. outdoor shower divine, and bonus to have our own pool.Anastasia was lovely, attentive. The staff at breakfast were great. we loved every aspect

Our stay at Ammatara Pura Pool Villas was absolutely amazing. The staff were truly exceptional—from the front desk team who provided wonderful recommendations to the breakfast crew who made us feel like family every morning. The service alone made this stay unforgettable. The property itself is stunning, and the villa offered a gorgeous, authentic Thai home experience for our time there. We cannot wait to return!
