Hostel Could Be Great Once Renovations Are Complete!

We stayed here for 2 nights during our backpacking trip to thailand and we were a bit disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we booked was for the outdoor area and pool, but when we arrived it was completely demolished and being redone. We could still use the pool but we weren’t told about this in advance, which was frustrating but it does look like it would be really nice once finished, but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it. The bathroom also had an issue where the ceiling dripped water while you were using the toilet and there wasn’t much privacy overall and the atmosphere felt more like a hospital than a hostel.
On a positive note, the breakfast was great and the common room was really nice and comfortable. With some improvements and better communication about renovations, this place could be much better.
