Disappointing

Seemingly misleading, the hotel looks good but when you look closer there is much improvement to be done.
No door in the bathroom with toilet, lack of maintenance of tile joints.
However, the staff remains welcoming.

Resort to stay away from

Very negative, I really don't understand who gives high marks to this resort filth at their home at what level of hygiene they're used to. Only location is acceptable, everything else from Third party

NIGHTMARE RESORT

Bad structure, vomit, dirty, different from the photos that the various sites publish to "grab" customers. Booking should also check and not lend itself to these real scams. The thing they know well is the money, on the day of check out they tried to charge me again what I had paid at check in (more than indicated on the Booking website) telling me that the transaction had not yet happened, I had to threaten to call the police to leave. Arrogant, incompetent, grumpy and dirty staff. It was always necessary to dispute the consumption accounts in the various financial years present in the structure that were always artfully increased. There was no bidet, no bathrobe, the finishes of the rooms and bathrooms bad (third world, other than 4 stars). The "continental" breakfast was just yogurt, omelets and small glass jars with jam, butter and chocolate inside sometimes "tasted" and put back at the disposal of customers (vomit stuff). No soap dish, no towel rack, moldy silicone everywhere, bare wires, sometimes water was missing, weak wifi was not working everywhere, the remote did not work. In short, a nightmarish place

The terrible experience I have ever seen

4 days are the worst bad days on my life .you can't even sleep the noise of the disco every where on the hotel till 3 am
I change the room 3 times but nothing change only hopes and lies the staff expt wael are really bad nothing work in it food is bad .also water is yellow the sea full of rocks. Before you even book it think twis because it's really horrible you will lose your money

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said "Someone will bring it to your room", but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out.
Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating.
As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.
