Great hotel, delicious food. Food was available practically around the clock, with a huge selection. There was a nice, large pool at the hotel. Interesting evening activities were organized by the entertainment team every day; a staff member named Tores, in particular, was very friendly.

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to Titou! He is a powerhouse of positive energy who keeps everyone smiling and engaged from morning until night. He has an amazing ability to involve both kids and adults in activities, always with great humor, tact, and charisma. Incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Titou truly made our holiday unforgettable. 10/10 – thank you for everything!

Disappointed . Bad . Not 5 star hotel !!

Disappointed after the first day here.
Carpet on the hallways very dirty ! Beach very dirty !!! Main Restaurant, food and drinks way under expectations. Not a 5 star hotel !
Stay close, I will add more in few hours.
In the meantime my advice is not to buy vacation here !!!

10 stars for animation team

Animation team absolutely fantastic always interacting with the guests and making people feel welcome , they go by the names of tutou
Daly , pikatu , Claude , Sam , bobo the Dj , amin , they work very hard between morning at pool
, games dancing then after noon entertaining the guests it non stop
Then at night kids club then they do show very little rest but they are a happy bunch of guys
