Solid Ankara 5 Star
A nice boutique hotel in the middle of Ankara's center point. Not as large or as well-known as the neighboring Sheraton, although part of the same group. Quite private and secluded, great for private meetings, and a feeling of relative calm in the middle of Ankara city center. Five-star hotel, decent amenities, so a solid choice in Ankara. For Ankara standards, five out of five.

A wonderful stay.
I had the opportunity to stay again at the Lugal Hotel, which made me feel right at home. After long trips abroad, my path led me to Ankara for a short time. I was only able to stay one night at my house in Ankara. But I got rid of all my tiredness. I was greeted wonderfully by the lady who arranged the transfer from the neighboring hotel (by the way, I'm so glad you arranged the transfer!), because friendly staff are always the thing we customers look for most. After a negative and tiring journey, the friendly, attentive, and customer-focused approach takes away all the fatigue. I would like to thank the hotel management again for this. Yağmur Hanım played a big role in my liking your brand. With the addition of new colleagues, the quality of our service is constantly improving. Now, let's talk about my room. A lovely fruit platter awaits me in my room. And comfort. Enjoying breakfast in the room the next day. A completely different kind of privilege. This attention and care certainly deserves these praises. I recommend this to anyone whose path takes them to Ankara. However, I do have one very small criticism. Please always try to offer your customers a coffee at the reception desk upon check-out. This praise I mentioned above will further enhance the value of your brand. Because another stressful journey awaits your customer afterwards. I think you shouldn't shy away from these kinds of gestures. Express checkout is a privilege only found in hotels offering overnight stays. We are talking about a high-quality and comfortable lifestyle here. Finally, a huge thank you to the staff member who offered us water when we delivered the vehicle. See you again

Probably the best of a moderate bunch in Ankara
Arguably the best hotel in Ankara, but it’s a relatively low bar! The lugal is in the Sheraton Complex and is a little newer and more intimate than the rather aging Sheraton. Rooms are perfectly adequate if not brand new they are within acceptable standards for this price point. Staff are very very good. Rooms are clean and tidy, low noise. Beware the spa and pool area are underwhelming but will do if you just want a quick swim

Below expectations
The hotel shares compound with the Sheraton, we had difficulties to find reception since the taxi driver also didn't know the place. There was a congress those days and it was really annoying to use the lifts.
We were told that breakfast was included, but on the first day they came with a bill for breakfast. After our complaint they included our breakfast, but we decided not to come to restaurant any more, it was a really unpleasant experience.
Also we had to request maintenance to fix our AC, and room service was so late that we had to reject it one afternoon.

It was a pleasant stay that caught me up
I’m at Lugal Hotel for a trip to Ankara again. It’s a place where every customer needs is taken care of. I was here on my previous trip too—it was a little frustrating. I want to report that I got a quick return in a day or two. I don’t know the solution was produced. I didn’t have a chance to test it. I’m sure to check it out for your next trip. We highlight the quality of service with their positive negative contributions. It was a pleasant stay on this trip too. I owe it to the hotel management and their staff that made me feel at home. The Marriott Group is so lucky to have such a special brand within itself. I recommend experiencing Recommendations on your Trips to Ankara.
