I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was ideally located in the city center, and the price was reasonable, especially considering that Aydin has limited hotel options with similar amenities. The reception staff was very friendly; they welcomed me warmly and assisted with check-in, as well as offering helpful tips for getting around the city. The rooms were clean and featured a beautiful view of the sunset. There was also a cute café downstairs, perfect for relaxing or working. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Aydin.

Central and good

Due to the location on a main thoroughfare it is quite noisy here.
However, you are also in the middle of a beautiful area of the city with many cafes, restaurants, snack bars, shops and parks.
Very friendly service. We had a room facing the front, facing the street. This makes for some street noise, but better views. The rooms on the side are a bit quieter, but no views. Room size very good, bed very comfortable. Overall sleep quality very good. Everything well maintained and very clean. Bathroom also very clean, little shelf space, no odor problems whatsoever.
Good breakfast selection in a nice room in the attic.
Parking situation a bit tense, but with a bit of luck there is always a place on the road.

Well, apparently their system didn’t connect to hotels.com’s system accurately so when I made a last minute reservation at 11pm and showed up at 11:30, they didn’t expect or have the appropriate room for me.
I slept in a triple room with a dingy bathroom and an emergency stairwell for a view with broken locks on the windows that made me feel unsafe concerning security with potential access my room while sleeping. I told this to the guy who took over for the girl who checked me in and he was basically unconcerned.
I felt claustrophobic and smelled smoke which made it hard to sleep.
I was pretty unhappy and upon leaving I mentioned a few of these things. The manager on duty took good care of me and made things right therefore redeeming some of the previously felt frustration. Good job taking this from quite a negative review to me walking away still wanting to review with truth but feeling there was some redemption of my stay in the end.

Clean spacious room. Unable to park outside as all spaces taken. Road noise irritating...went on for a lot of the night

The service was great. The only thing that was annoying was thatni had to activate the key card for my room every day at the reception before i went in. It would be nice to skip the reception and go straight to my room.
