Overall good

Overall good hotel, however would be better if more staff will learn English for communications with the guests. Food was good, laundry service nice, outdoor pool huge, rooms are bit tired and tv screen are too small for 5 star hotel! Wifi works well. Special thanks to Busra at reception for exceptional service with the smile) Nazile and front office manager Dagli. Restaurant staff Naz, Anil, Arda and other doing great job and again learn English) to attract more business for future events! Rooms keys was not working for most of our rooms and it was a big daily headache to reactivate it at the reception.

In short, a terrible hotel.

An extremely bad, appalling hotel experience.
My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel today. We already had limited and precious time to spend together. However, due to multiple problems we encountered, this experience was a complete disappointment for us.
First of all, the extremely rude, indifferent, and inappropriate behavior of the employee named Onur, who was working at the night reception, ruined our entire experience. A hotel employee's job is to assist guests and try to resolve any issues. However, the treatment we received made us feel not like customers, but rather like unwanted people in the hotel.
And that wasn't all. During these hot summer days, we experienced significant discomfort in the room due to the air conditioning not working properly. Being bothered by the heat at a hotel where we came to relax is absolutely unacceptable.
What made it even more disturbing was that while we were inside the room, the cleaning lady opened the door and entered. Entering a room without checking if the guest is there is extremely disturbing in terms of privacy and personal space. I think hotel staff need to be much more careful about this.
A hotel's quality is measured not only by the appearance of the room, but also by the quality of service in fundamental areas such as air conditioning, cleanliness, privacy, and most importantly, communication with the guest. We have experienced serious disappointment in many of these areas today.
We are truly sorry that we have to spend our limited and precious time dealing with such unnecessary and unpleasant issues. I believe management should conduct a serious evaluation of the guest communication and service attitude of the staff, especially those working at the night reception.
Because of this experience, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

5* Hotel melling tobacco

On a trip to Turkey with First Voyages France SAS, we spent one night (November 3, 2025) at the Euro Park Hotel in Bursa. We had room 214 on the second floor.
Upon arrival, we were bothered by a strong smell of cigarettes, despite having all the windows open. We had to move a sofa to access a window and then discovered a thick layer of dust hidden underneath. We called housekeeping. It took half an hour to clean and remove the tobacco smell.

Offensive

I was stopped by reception and accused of being a “scammer” on the way to the elevators, mere hours after checking in. The largest man available blocked me (female) from using the elevator and demanded I provide him information for the guest I was “visiting”, first name, last name and room number. I was attending a wedding there, holding my key card and wedding photos in hand when this happened. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in my life. No apology. Thank you for the hostility.

5 yıldızlı bir otelden daha çok 3 yıldızlı bir otel odası gibiydi. Klima ayarlanamadığı için yarak üzerine direk vuruyor ve fan kısılamıyor du hasta olmamak mümkün değil minibar sıfır hiçbir ürün yok. Sıradan basit bir 3 yıldızlı otel işte.
