A pleasant holiday in Alaçatı
Overall, our stay at Cocos The Club Solto 2025 was very enjoyable. One of the hotel's greatest advantages was undoubtedly the beauty and cleanliness of the sea. The beach and sea are truly excellent for those who want to enjoy Alaçatı.
The food was delicious, especially the presentation and product quality, which met our expectations. The cocktails were one of our favorite aspects of the holiday; they were excellent in terms of both variety and taste.
Regarding the staff, we occasionally felt a lack of attention and communication. While the staff were generally polite, paying closer attention to guests could have significantly enhanced the experience.
However, it was a holiday where we created beautiful memories with its sea, atmosphere, food, and cocktails. For those seeking a peaceful and high-quality holiday in Alaçatı, we can recommend this place.

Non-Turkish speakers experience…not recommended
1. Good points: reception ladies spoke good English; valet car parking service was quick and easy; wonderful self-service breakfast; overall beautiful & clean hotel.
2. Disappointments: staff at lunch & dinner restaurant spoke limited to no English making inquiries about the meals complicated; at the à la carte restaurant there was no restaurant manager that we could see while the service was poor: meals were served separately with 15min between the fist and the last person served; after we ate the dishes remained for half an hour on the table, we asked to be cleaned and finally I started gathering them myself and at that moment waiter came. Cherry on top: the ice cream - for 250TL (4-5 GBP/EUR/ USD) we received a half scoop - picture attached. Staff need training, as mentioned in one previous review. Unfortunately the service does not match the facility and the price tag. Or perhaps that’s just a non-Turkish speakers experience…
