I really liked the conditions of room and hotel. It was clean and prepared for customer’s needs. The hotel is going to be my first choice for my next trip.

The hotel is bad.

The rooms have almost no sound insulation. Unfortunately, the staff are quite inconsiderate. I have stayed in many hotels before, but I have never had such a bad experience with another hotel. They've added extra charges for almost every service. Despite paying such a high accommodation fee, they are also charging an additional 600 TL per person to use the pool. I was not satisfied, so I would advise anyone considering staying here to avoid this place.

Great location but unfortunately that's about it. Parking shows as 200 tl upon booking but we paid 250 tl as the hotel offers a discount voucher. Before discount the price was 750 tl and I sense it would've been more had we not left when we did. Parked for approx 15 hours in a public car park opposite the hotel. The rooms need serious sound proofing as you'll hear everything including next door. Sounds like the doors and windows are open but they're not.

Excessive noise

The hotel is centrally located and has private parking at a discounted rate. The cleanliness is good, but whatever you do, don't stay on the 7th floor; there shouldn't be any rooms on that floor, apparently the kitchen is above it. We woke up at 6 am to noise, but what a noise! ​​It was like they were rebuilding the kitchen. We barely managed to get out at 9 am. Our train was at night, so we had to spend the day without any rest.

Perfect

We were very pleased with our stay. From the moment we checked in until our departure, the staff's attention, friendliness, and helpfulness were excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable; daily cleaning was also done very carefully. The common areas were equally well-maintained. Breakfast was quite varied, and we enjoyed ourselves every day. The hotel's location was also a great advantage; it was convenient in terms of transportation. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and have a good time. We had an experience that exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely consider returning. We would like to thank everyone who contributed.
