Had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean. The breakfast which was included had numerous hot and cold selections and was great. Room service which was 24 hour was very good. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Could not find anything to complain about. Thank you for making our stay in Istanbul enjoyable.

My honest review is that I found the staff outside of the manager very dry and disengaged. There was a young lady that was a part of the wait staff in the evening that was very polite and helpful as well. The location was a little inconvenient but very quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average even though the scrambled eggs were a little too wet for my liking. The manager tried his best to make us feel welcome and comfortable but the other members at the front dropped the ball.

Everything was perfect even the breakfast however the dinner menu could use some flavour. Chicken was very dry on both occasions. I will be staying here everytime and recommend this property. It’s in the most safe and beautiful area with a short 4 min walk to restaurants and grocery

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their level of honesty and professionalism made me feel completely comfortable and safe throughout my stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the environment very relaxing. What truly stood out was the excellent treatment and respect they showed to guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and trustworthy place to stay. I will definitely come back again!
