Amazing Service & Neighbourhood Location

The Eresin Hotels Topkapı is a strategically located Hotel with easy access to the Kabataş Tram. The room is well maintained & the service team is amazing - offering great advice on restaurants, how to get around from the hotel & always ready to help. Special mention goes to Mr. Tunahan Körçoban, who helped us with bookings prior to arrival and also helped us resolve a problem we faced with a transport company yielding a positive outcome. Thank you for the excellent customer service!!

Nice time at the Eresin

We stayed in July this year and had a lovely time! The receptionists Ilayrla and Métisa were both lovely and helped us with everything we needed! Everyone was very friendly and room was very hygienic, clean and well set up. Exhausted from travelling we ordered room service which was absolutely worth the experience and came well set up. The atmosphere, amenities and value were all up to a high standard. As Australian travellers would definitely recommend for anyone laying over or staying in Istanbul.

Amazing Experience at Eresin Topkapi with friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my mother. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Istanbul. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and many attractions. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of options. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Nice Hotel with very helpful staff

We stayed at Eresin Hotel for two nights as part of a package deal before leaving on a cruise. The hotel staff were really helpful and we were met with a cold drink on arrival. The rooms were very nice clean and comfortable with a large shower. The breakfast was included and provided a good variety of foods.
We organised a taxi to the port through the hotel reception. Unfortunately the taxi driver doubled our expected fare saying that paying by credit card made the trip more expensive. At the time the drop of point was busy so we didn’t take the car licence plate number or drivers name. I contacted the hotel a few days later by email and Saygılarımla followed up instantly and investigated the matter identifying the driver and obtaining us a refund of the amount we overpaid.
I cannot praise Saygılarımla attention to this matter enough going above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. We understand this matter is no reflection on the hotel and would recommend the hotel to anyone for a stay in Istanbul.

Eresin Hotel Topkapi, Istanbul – Outstanding service, comfort & perfect location!
I booked a non-changeable rate but had to adjust dates twice due to unforeseen plans. Mr. Tunahan Körçoban, Reservation Supervisor, was incredibly kind, flexible & helpful—changed both dates without any extra charges. Rare, amazing support that made everything stress-free!
Arrived at 2:00 AM, check-in was still smooth, fast & welcoming; night staff were attentive & friendly. My room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, quiet & comfortable—great bed, all amenities worked perfectly.
Breakfast was excellent: huge choice of fresh, hot/cold, local & international options—delicious, high quality, perfect start to each day.
Location is unbeatable: T1 tram station (best way to explore Istanbul) is just 2 minutes’ walk away—easy access to Sultanahmet, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar & more. Safe neighborhood with shops & cafes nearby.
Every staff member was polite, helpful & professional. From pre-arrival help to late check-in, everything was flawless. Highly recommend—will definitely stay again! Thank you especially to Mr. Tunahan for going above and beyond.
