Location is excellent

Very poor breakfast, all cold, no coffee, only in coffee bags and milk.

Very good hotel

Excellent very adorable personal Inn
Very close to the city center taksim square and metro 2 minutes
Decent breakfast, clean rooms, exelent wifi connection
I had a great time

A good real Long Stay

My husband and I had a trip to istanbul in last april. We picked up this hotel because of the location, safty and cleen and the comments of the other travellers.The hotel was compatible with that comments , a cosy hotel with nice staffs specialy Mr Sina. He is persian and he helped us very much.Our room was big for Istanbul. It had one bedroom.The bed was comfortable.Living room had sofas and small dining table with chairs. There was a small kitchen with it's stuff that was enough for us. Bathroom was clean. The room was tidied up every day. There were a supermarket next to the hotel and a good resturant in front of the hotel.Its street was safe and had a lot of stores. Location of the hotel is far from the main street just 100meter. Only the negative point is the slope of the avenue of course it is a short distance. I recomend this hotel to all of my friends and if I go Istanbule again, defenitly I'll stay here.

At first, Ctrip asked specifically about booking a basement room, but it turned out that the window was like this. Later, I had to add money to replace the real window. Ctrip gave it a subsidy, and the room was clean and well-equipped. But after renewing the next day, there was a problem. It was said that it was full, and it was necessary to change to a lower-level room. The problem is that this low-level room is still not available. I don’t know what is outside the window, because I have to wait for the people inside to check out. , I wanted to go out for shopping, but I had to wait until the afternoon to go out, so I didn’t live anymore, because the day was delayed, and I didn’t give late check out temporarily. Later they said there was a baby, and then Ctrip helped. After an hour's delay, the next hotel booked in a hurry only selected one occupant, which caused the hotel to add money, but this is not the case in other provinces. When I left, the hotel suddenly painted and the smell was too great. The baby was eating and choked uncomfortable. , I originally planned to go out to eat after the renewal, but now I can only eat in the room, the butterfly effect, the hardware of the hotel itself is very good, and the others are just a bit short

Really enjoyable stay!

We especially really liked the shared terrace outside, it was amazing.
All the bars and restaurants were closed at 22:00 due to corona, so we could spend nice time up there, was definitely a big plus for us.
Rooms are new, spacious, beds are really comfortable,having the kitchenette and the minibar is very nice.
We were with our friends from Netherlands, we felt very welcomed, the personnel were very helpful from the first moment onwards.
Location was very convenient, very close to taxim square.
