Great!
Amazing experience! Great location, room is nice. You have espresso lab terrace and you can always have morning coffee downstairs. Special thanks to Musa - most friendly and helpful receptionist in the world!! We will be back again!

Room stay was clean, amazing location... right in the center.... everything close by........ only the issue was the room was small....

No waiting spot to drop off your luggage. Lobby is basically cafe. The cleaner cleaned our room without replacing back the amenities, they just took it. Room is very very small, we had to pack on our bed as there is no space on the floor to open our luggage.

Stay lab Taksim
We stayed in mid sep 2024 and booked two rooms (standard double and a queen room) -I wouldn't recommend this place for the following reasons :
- cleanliness ( mould, old socks, dust , sewage smell from the bathroom and leakage outside of the room) On the last day of leaving when we were clearing out our room and packing, we found a per of old socks behind the curtains, there was also mould and dirt in the sink and sewage smell coming out of the bathroom. Also leakage outside of the room.
- Noise and comfort - first room the queen room 301- horrific noise that came from the outside we were offered a different room that was less noisy. We were advised it will be a deluxe room however once moved we noticed it was a standard double (room 507) . Once we addressed this to the reception team they reported we were wrong even though it was clearly a standard double. This was very disappointing as we had paid for a queen room.
- faulty equipment - second room (303 standard double) this had a faulty fan and constantly made noise. When we reported this to the staff they said someone will come and fix it but it never happened and they couldn’t offer another room as they reported they were now fully booked.
The location of the place is great but I wouldn't recommend this place due to unhelpful staff who would lie and never took accountability of the wrong doings to make right, the cleanliness, the noise and overall standard. It not expensive but not worth it if you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.
I have also taken pictures of the place to evidence the above.

BEST STAY AT TAKSIM
Loved the hotel! Everything was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful! We were two girls staying, and it was quite safe. The aesthetic of the hotel was extremely cute! Loved everything.
The location is very close to the bus station and the metro station. Which made our stay very easy! Would definitely recommend this hotel
