well maintained hotel
very shocking was must better than had expected was very happy and comfortable at the hotel under great management. provided soap,shampoo,bodygel, tv fridge locker, even gave us turkish tea while we waited for our taxi to go back to the hotel due to the name its is hard to find its important you dont just say hotel raina it can be the hotel laila lola raina hotel

Hotel experience mixed
Stayed at this hotel in April 2026. The room was a triple room, and we were two with a girlfriend. The room was clean, the linen was not damp, though far from new (nor were the towels). The room had a kettle, air conditioning, TV, safe (although, if you wanted, the safe could be removed under the arm from the room with all the contents), disposable slippers (almost transparent) were issued. In the bathroom according to standard set per person (gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper).
There's no heating in the rooms, but the air conditioning is heated.
There are still more unpleasant experiences:
1) one of the bras was broken and hung from the wire, although the hotel employee fixed it the same day after our appeal.
2) The faucet on the sink was not fixed. But here again, the hotel staff quickly fixed everything once we aired our claims.
3) the air conditioner worked for one evening.. or rather, it worked afterwards (buzzing), but stopped blowing (neither cold air nor hot). We never got it fixed.
Our trip included breakfast. I didn't like breakfasts in this hotel (that's my personal opinion), but you won't be hungry after it. If you wish, you can eat at any time in the cafe, of which there are many near the hotel.
The staff is friendly, friendly.
The hotel is close to the center, within walking distance of many attractions. It compensates for the condition of the rooms.
So to summarize, you can live, but if you have a choice, it's better to look for another hotel.

Not recommended.
Do not consider this hotel , very shabby , dirty , breakfasts useless - will not be able to eat . Even the coffee there is instant from some dirty can. Accommodate first in the basement , logically no one will want to live in such conditions , end up paying an extra $10 per night and move to the floor above , but the conditions are the same . There is no kettle or fridge in the room. Constant power cuts for hours and wi-fi

Bad and unpleasant thieves
When I arrived to the hotel, the manager told me that they didn’t have any rooms available after making a non refundable reservation on booking.com for 9 nights. He convences me to cancel my reservation because there was no space, and for some reason I believed him. I went online on the same website and found that they did have availability after my cancelation. I guess you can make your own conclusions about this after, but not pretty. Fortunately my husband found another place for us to stay. Just be careful making a reservation in this place, very careful, they may rob you.

Nice area
Friendly and helpful people....nice atmosphere ....exactly the way the photos look ...very close to attractions and museums ...beautiful and cozy place ...reception always ready to help you ...only minus we ask 2 times for new towels and new sheets ,but overall very good and in a good price
