My experience at the Radisson Blu Hotel Kayseri was truly outstanding and exceeded my expectations. From the moment of arrival, the hotel demonstrated a high level of professionalism, elegance, and genuine hospitality that reflects the standards of a world-class property.

Clean and quiet luxury hotel.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Radisson Blu Kayseri. The hotel was very clean, luxurious, and comfortable. The rooms were well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Kayseri.

Very nice hotel, but not breakfast
I stayed at the Radisson with 3 children. We had a room on the 10. Floor. Spacious and nice. Free bottled water, tea and coffee every day. The master bed was huge and we snugged up and watched a movie in bed and still had room for more people
The swimmingpool is not big, but nice. The spa is lovely. I heard from my boys who are over 5 and couldn’t join me in the women’s spa, that their spa was tiny and full with hairy men. They didn’t want to go there. The ladies side was nice and spacious and has a resting area which the men don’t have either apparently.
It is very clean, fresh towels, people are constantly busy cleaning up. It’s not a big pool, but sufficient for fun and play.
Breakfast was €20 pp which is for Turkish standards very expensive. They charged half price for the kids. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t that good. The amazing looking yogurt with fresh fruits on top, was sour. The muffins and croissants were dry. The children all had a bite and left it. We don’t waste food, so I got a little angry at them. They all said the same: to dry to eat. I took a bite of the muffin, it was unexpectedly awful. I couldn’t believe it! A high end hotel like this with not 1, but 4 bad items during breakfast isn’t ok for me… (My katmer was dry as well… I couldn’t finish it)
I got a lovely coconut chocolate cake for the kids to share since they couldn’t eat their dried out muffins. But they had already left since breakfast was a disappointment for them. I would have preferred a refund instead of the cake since 3 out of 4 people didn’t eat their breakfast.
But the fact that breakfast was an expensive disappointment with no solution, is not how I think it should have been handled by the lobby. Next time, we will have breakfast elsewhere. Across the street, we had amazing lahmacun and meat pides. For only 900 tl instead of 27.000 tl
Besides this 1 bad thing: the stay was very nice. It feels like a very secure hotel. You can only go to the floor that your room is on. The spa is lovely. The gym was one of the best I exercised in. Nice modern equipment, but best of all: it didn’t smell like sweat. Normally, gyms always smell bad after sweaty people. Which is normal and I have no problem with it. People exercise there. It’s smelly. No problem. Here they have this great air filtering system and no smells at all. Very nice! I loved it.
Our cleaning lady was also the best. Very friendly and nice. Even put the stuffed animal of the youngest nicely. These little details make it very special for children and their parents. The rain shower had a limescale problem which was weird. the water jets went in every direction except downwards Luckily, we could laugh about it. But not how a rainshower should work. All in all, it was a good stay with a few things that could be better.

Accommodation options befitting Kayseri.
The hotel is located in a very central location, and although it's a corporate establishment, it also reflects the hospitality of Kayseri. 5. I would also like to thank Ms. Melek, the staff member on that floor, for her response to my requests.
