The room was clean and okay.
The staff in charge of breakfast was rude and unprofessional.
Breakfast was okay.
I wouldnt go back.

Good option

The hotel is well located, a block from the rambla and Pocitos Beach. The rooms are large, but the bathrooms are very small. The shower area is tiny and with plastic curtain, which makes the bath not very pleasant. The environment in general is clean and the service was cordial. Breakfast has very few options. Could be better.

The apartment was very dated and could use some upgrades, especially in the bathroom.
Had great views of the river. Balcony in bedroom and open terrace off living room was a plus. Staff was not very friendly but not rude. Possible language barrier. One would hope that for future reference, if you intend to rent to international audiences, most of the staff should be trained in the universal language- English.

Magnificent stay at Punta Trouville Hotel.

I had a magnificent stay at Punta Trouville Hotel.
The room was very spacious, clean and peaceful.
The area is quiet, seems very residential so not any noise clubs or pubs making excessive noise. There are small bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Rambla and Beach is also within walking distance.
The area is very safe, I was walking in the evening and no hassle or problems at all.
Very easy to walk around, not very hilly and pleasant to walk.
Restaurants, cafe and take away are close by, about 5-10 min walk and you can pay extra for breakfast at the hotel.
The staff are very friendly, professional and served with a smile.
