First class trip to Belfast. Fantastic hotel. Great location

The hotel is excellently located for the heart of Belfast. Minutes away from the SSE arena and the Titanic exhibition. The hotel itself and service was all first class and would highly recommend a stay. They organised our day trips, valet parked our hire car and were on hand to answer all our questions. The breakfast sets you up for the day and plenty of options to eat and drink in the evening. We will be back!!

Perfect, relaxed luxury stay.

Another outstanding stay. We popped up to celebrate a birthday and stay in our favourite hotel in Belfast and as usual it was perfect. Staff were amazing, dinner in the Cloth Ear was on point and the attention to detail and our guest experience was ever superlative. Massive thank you to GM Gavin and his phenomenal team.

The next best thing to time travel

If you love historical hotels, this one can’t be beat. Its atmospheric magic sends you back in time without giving up any modern conveniences. The outside alone has stunning architecture. I treated myself to a Victorian suite. The high ceilings, flowing drapes, velvet accents, and canopy bed were truly magical. Even the bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The layout and food in the Great Room restaurant amazed me as well. Enjoyed the Cloth Ear Pub just as much.
I was able to walk to the Titanic museum on a nice pedestrian walkway by the river in about twenty minutes. The only negative was the late music in the surrounding Cathedral Quarter on Friday/Saturday nights, so plan accordingly.

Lovely Historical Hotel

The merchant hotel was originally a bank. The property is lovely with a cozy bar with fireplace and lovely dining room. Included in our stay was morning breakfast which provided for lovely choices. There are both art deco and Victorian rooms. We noted for the art deco rooms which were spacious and well decorated.amenities were nice , bed comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Belfast. Ideal for exploring downtown Belfast or the Titanic Museum. Top!

Top place in the best location! Beautiful and well-maintained rooms and one of the nicest bars I have seen! Restaurant with very good food and a wine list that is impressive! Very friendly and helpful staff time and again!
