Lovely, modern room

Enjoyed our stay at the Rob Roy accommodation, location was ideal for walking into the town centre. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was lovely and modern with a great waterfall shower. Only thing I would note is we stayed in room 1 which is right next to the front door, we got woken up quite a few times during the night and early hours of the morning from people coming or going. Next time we will book a room on a higher floor, if you aren’t a light sleeper then there would be no issues at all!

Good place to stay, outside of town.

This is a boutique hotel, in Berwick on Tweed. It is opposite the river and a walk of half a mile to the nearest bit of coast. There is no restaurant but there is a well equipped kitchen with decent coffee and a microwave. There is an Asda within a very short walk but make sure you have directions as the quickest route is not the most obvious.
Our room was well equipped with power points and USB sockets and we had river views. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower and the basins. The mirrors above the basin were a bit high for short people but there was another mirror in the room anyway. We did not see the hosts at all, but the the staff we did see were very helpful.
The electronic pads worked well, but they are not suitable for anybody with visual impairment or other disability as they are not tactile or voice activated.
All in all we had a very pleasant stay and would return.

Brilliant stay

We had a lovely stay at Rob Roy, the rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. The shower was brilliant and the beds very comfortable.
I liked having access to the lounge and particularly appreciated the coffee machine.
We were at the end of walking the Northumberland Coastal path so the location was perfect for us being on the other side of the estuary. Berwick Upon Tweed was also a lovely base with some quirky independent shops.

I would stay again

Great stay in room 3, spacious Ans comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Hosts were excellent. Venue only a short walk to restaurants and shops but peaceful location.

Lovely quiet boutique hotel

Very nice boutique hotel. The decor is lovely and very much a boutique style. We stayed in an executive double room which was a good size room as well as accommodating a super king size bed which was comfy. Everything you need in the room for coffee and tea and small fridge very useful. The bathroom had a huge waterfall shower and was very luxurious in style .
Location wise nice and quiet and a walkable distance into Berwick upon Tweed. Check out the Dockside Gallery nearby the hotel, lovely collection of artworks. Would definitely stay again.
