I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Crystal Beach Hotel. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property felt more like a poorly managed hostel than a hotel, and the reality was nothing like what was advertised.
When we arrived, there was no reception staff available. We spent around 45 minutes ringing the bell and waiting for someone to assist us, but nobody came. Eventually, another guest informed us that the staff do not actually work in the building and are based at another hotel, and that we needed to call a phone number ourselves. This is completely unacceptable and not what anyone expects when checking into a hotel.
Accessibility was also a major issue. We were placed on the top floor, the lift was broken, and the stairs were incredibly steep. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle enormously. The hotel is definitely not accessible despite what guests might reasonably expect.
Security was shocking. The main front door was left open throughout the night, meaning literally anyone could walk into the building. There were also no clear checkout instructions, so guests were simply leaving room keys on a side table. Combined with the unsecured entrance, this created a serious security concern as anyone could potentially enter and gain access to rooms.
Our first night was the worst part of the stay. There was constant noise, with people screaming and slamming doors in the early hours of

It was not a good hotel at all, the rooms were a lot smaller compared to the pictures they show you on the website. There was no air ventilation it was very stuffy in the rooms.also the check out time was at 11 but the house keepers locked us inside without knocking on the doors. And we left jsut before 11.

The property offers a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the shore, alongside spacious and bright living areas. However, the mattress was uncomfortable and felt like springs, leading to a poor night's sleep, and a bedside chair was broken, limiting its usability.

Housekeeping staff not be seen, all requests has to be done by reception in different building ie new towels. Get different room from this what on booking.
