Weekend break

Great weekend at Ashleighs ..was a bit nervous about being noisy due to dogs but very quiet during the night...Lucy was an excellant host and very helpful ...property about 15 min walk to beach and town centre and local Asda superstore a short walk away

Wonderful pet inclusive hotel.

What a wonderful find. Such a warm welcome and offered a room upgrade, which was greatly accepted. We didn’t take our dog as the weather was too hot for her but there was so much care for visiting hounds, including a paddling pool in the back garden, and treats. Good location, right next to Asda and Lidl. Less than 15 minute walk (for us) to the seafront. Our room was at the back of the property so lovely and quiet. So many comforts supplied, dressing gowns, slippers , eye masks, earplugs, fridge, coffee pod machine, kettle….. we had an off-road free parking space. Will definitely book again and looking forward to booking for the big dog weekend later this year.

Fabulous for anyone with dogs, they have literally thought of everything to make dogs comfortable

Perfect for dogs AND people.

I was relieved to find that there were 5 or 6 parking spaces out front, 3 of which were vacant . It was quite apparent from the get-go that this was a great place for dogs, and I felt ashamed that I hadn't brought one with me. I have to say that none of the rooms had that 'doggy smell' that you can sometimes get, and no signs of dog hairs.
My room was clean and pleasant with an ensuite which had a toilet, shower and (very small) sink - perfectly adequate space for a few days stay (even though I only stayed one night.) Also in my room was a tiny fridge which I could have switched on, a fan (bless you Lucy, in this heat wave!) tea & coffee making facilities, inc. a pod-type coffee maker with a plentiful supply of pods, and a hairdryer, TV, WiFi, plenty of accessible spare electrical sockets. Very comfy bed but take ear plugs ( I always do, just in case) or else you'll be woken by early morning seagulls - much worse than the proverbial cockerel !
I paid extra & had breakfast with lovely apple juice supplied by Lucy's parents: they have apple trees where they retired to in France!
Lucy is a lovely hostess and provided lots of little extra touches that made me feel pampered.
