lost property

hello i checked out yesterday and when iv got home iv realised id left some clothes on the back of the bathroom door would you still have these as one item is sentimental too me

Dirty, dated , no care in presentation

We stayed for two nights for our 10th wedding anniversary. What a let down !!! Staff failed to read booking notes about the special Occasion.
The rom
Was a premier in plus room- there was nothing plus about the room!!! It was freezing on arrival , no towels , no hand wash no shower gel they were all empty. The bed was awful !!!! It was hard and lumpy and we had pillows that were so thin and flat . Having had brain surgery even with the spare pillows I could not sleep I was so uncomfortable.
There was a lot of wear and poor cleaning to the room :
Mouldy shower head
Dirty toilet,
Just to list a few .
Breakfast was cold at the buffet counter , food was over cooked and had been sat so long the bacon wanted to walk
To the bin. The coffee machine was always in error mode. Tables were
Wiped before we were seated but no one replaced the cutlery , napkins .
Our stay was no where near what we expected , total let down especially for such a mile stone in our marriage . We paid a lot of money for the two nights we stayed and it wasn’t worth it if like to know how I get that back !!! Stayed on loads of these hotels all been very good but sadly this one is awful

Not up to expected standards.

We usually prefer to book with Premier Inn based on previous experiences and cost. We were looking forward to a few days of sightseeing in and around Harrogate. Unfortunately, our room was not up to the usual standard we expect from this hotel chain. We booked as a couple but there was only one set of towels in the room. There were also several other issues, one of which, a plug missing from the sink, took four days to rectify, one of the ceiling lights did not work and the air vent was dusty and dust fell as we walked into the room.

Very disappointing - needs investment in staff and product!

Hotel needs some serious investment. Bathroom not clean and only one towel - asked for more and was given 3 hand towels! Reported light not working in bathroom - did not get fixed in the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was very poor - no staff so no clean tables and had to wait for food to be replenished all 3 days we were there. Asked for a drink from the bar on Sunday lunchtime and told no staff aged over 18 on duty in the hotel to serve us! How can this be? Have stayed numerous times before and always recommended to others, would not recommend now! We paid almost £800 for three nights (2 rooms), and felt no value for money at all.

Not a good experience

On checking in today Sunday the 17th of May was asked for my id i have stayed at this hotel more than thirty times the receptionist was a person of colour why did he do this made me feel very uncomfortable this is not a racist review
