Anytime again
Amanda and Rob were super friendly and are great hosts.
Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Nothing is missing.
Breakfast is freshly prepared upon request.

100% certain this is the best B&B
Without a doubt the best Guest house we have ever stopped at. Perfect location, room overlooked a huge garden, that was visited by rabbits and deer. Room was spacey and comfortable. Hosts Amanda and Rob gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Cooked Breakfast was lush and great choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices. We visited Melrose and Galashiels but so many more places to visit means that we will have to stay there again soon.

Excellent stay in a first class establishment.
Brilliant guest house in a really central but quiet (thankfully) location. Our room (room 1) was large, bright, airy and exceptionally clean as was the rest of the guest house.
The owners (Rob and Amanda) were very hospitable and provided lots of information on places to visit and eat.
We had booked on a bed and breakfast basis and i have to say the breakfast was first class. It is cooked to order and is served piping hot in a timely manner. Robs poached eggs are a must. Not only were they cooked to perfection he also shared the secret to his success with me, cant wait to get cracking tomorrow morning.
Overall, it was a thouroughly enjoyable stay and we couldnt recommend Meadhon House highly enough.

Scotland review
When arrived met with very friendly greeting.
Everything was spotless and clean.
Breakfast was exceptional and plenty to choose from including Scottish scones.
Amanda and Rob was very informative at guiding us at places to see and visit.
Would definitely like to go back when in Scotland.
