Good hotel, great central location with easy walking distance to most city centre attractions.
Comfortable rooms and great air con.
Friendly helpful staff and a nice breakfast selection.

Avoid if your hungry or want good night sleep

The hotel didn't have an acceptable room so we were put in what he thought was a big room. Big room yes bad shoved in corner up against a wall.
We found the hotel very undisabled friendly .
The staff were lazy and rude.
We tried to order food last night hense the restaurant area been empty
Every thing we asked for she said they didn't have when we finally chose pizza and she said
"" well that be about an hour then ""
It was obvious she just didn't want to do it so I said let's just go she's obviously very busy not.
By the time I got my wheelchair moved around to get out she was sat back up on the worktop on her mobile.
Last night we had a terrible night stay because our room had a bright green light shining in the ceiling that lit the room up as you can see. It wasn't on our first night .
Would I stop again ?

Mixed experience

Checked in early evening on a Saturday. The people at reception had the air of everything was too much trouble.
It was really nicely furnished but my room was a little bit too much like a cubicle. It was very clean and the bathroom was nice.
Location was convenient.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable if a little firm, but no extra chair or refrigerator which I think should be in a room that size. But worst of all, the place advertises aircon that just did not work any of our nights, during the heatwaves we've been having, unacceptable.

I like this hotel and have stayed here before, and my previous visits have always been good. Unfortunately, on this stay I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room during the current heatwave. The reception staff tried to reset it, but unfortunately it still didn’t work. I was too tired to pursue it any further, so I just slept on top of the bed. Working air conditioning would have made a big difference. Other than that, I’ve always had positive experiences here, and I hope this issue can be resolved for future guests.
