Fabulous stay

Absolutely lovely place, very friendly host thank you. Stayed here with my son for a night had a lovely spacious family room, lots of tea options and even a fridge! Will definitely stay here again if in the area, many thanks again fabulous stay.

Very unprofessional and untrustworthy management

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. The host contacted me at short notice that they had overbooked and were unable to honor my reservation. Instead of cancelling it themselves, they pressured me to cancel on my end so they could avoid platform penalties. When I refused, they went through Booking.com to cancel it anyway, leaving me stranded without accommodation. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy management. Avoid if you want a guaranteed place to stay

Not as expected

Stayed for a much needed break to have peace and quiet. They place looked lovely and our room was lovely. We were at the side of the property directly under the garden where they stood and smoked. Which was very unpleasant and stunk the bedroom out. We had to close the window. And the language was choice and they were very loud. We stayed out for most of our stay.

Amazing stay

We've recently stayed here. Can't recommend the place highly enough. The host Andrea was so welcoming, very friendly and can't do enough for you. Zoe who works there was very friendly and helpful too. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Had an amazing time and will deffo be back. Thank you so much for having us. Shar and Kathy xx

A place to unwind

To say this is a step above many others is not describing it properly. This really is on another level.
From the moment you arrive you are met with a warm welcome and the friendliest of owners. You are given a tour taken to your room and nothing is trouble for her.
I asked about the town and she gave perfect instructions of where to go.
Now for the wow factor ( I'm hoping the video loads, if not sorry ) the room was amazing, the size of the bedroom/bathroom were out there. The facilities/amenities were of the highest standard and the fact they bother to be so green on their recycling was another bonus. I would highly recommend staying here.
