Great Stay!
The stay at Cat Ba View Hotel was great. We had some challenging weather and had to make last minute changes. The hotel staff were great. They helped us out and did everything they could to help us and even waived the cancellation fee.
The hotel room was lovely, clean with modern furnishings and they were open to any feedback. The breakfast spread had plenty of variety and food quality was very decent.
I’d certainly recommend a stay at this hotel if you’re on Cat Ba Island.

Wonderful family run accommodation. Couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed on top floor with balcony and the room was fantastic. 100% recommend

Comfortable Stay.
The hotel is cozy and well Kept. Though the rooms are small it’s sufficient for a couple and it’s super clean. The breakfast was quiet decent for non vegetarian however if your a Veggie or Vegan you don’t get many options. The hotel is accessible from the main centre however to get to the hotel you make have to take stairways from one road to the hotel road which is tedious incase you have a lot of luggage. Since the location is close to Sun World, Cat Co 1.2.3 beach hiring a bike will work really well. Overall the stay at the hotel was comfortable and definitely cleanliness is highly commendable.

Cat Ba View Hotel is a small, family-run property that delivers an outstanding level of personal care and hospitality. The owners, Kein and Nanm, go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
They arranged our entire travel logistics, including pick-up and drop, without asking for any advance payment—everything was settled conveniently at checkout. Local tours were also organized seamlessly. As vegetarians, we were particularly touched by the effort they put into arranging a delicious and satisfying breakfast tailored to our needs.
The rooms are simple but very comfortable, with good bed quality ensuring a restful stay. The warmth and sincerity of the hosts truly stand out—Nanm even personally helped carry our luggage to the bus. Experiences like this are rare and unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cat Ba Island
