Stay in LUSAKA
Overall experience was good but two main issues. No free breakfast or restaurant for rewards members. Radisson hotels in other countries do this.
No lotion in my bathroom. Requested they brought then disappeared the next day!

We sincerely apologise for the lack of body lotion in your room; This was clearly a lapse in service that should never have happened, and we have taken measures to address this.
With regards to the Radisson Rewards program, you are entitled to 10% discount on food and beverage in our Chuma Restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is only offered to Radisson Rewards VIP members as per the terms and conditions of the program.
We do not take your feedback for granted as it helps us to strive to serve you better.

Excellent stay
I had a good stay at the Radisson Lusaka hotel. The atmosphere was calm, and the room was super clean. It was a good value for money spent.
