Riders of the wind MCC

Spent 5 nights at the hotel. I’d been twice in 2011 and 2013 and had a great experience. So I decided to arrange another trip with seven friends and our motorcycles. It didn’t disappoint Accommodation was great so was the food and facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being a Motorrad hotel with bike facilities and mechanic on hand was a real bonus. Had a guide for a day which was provided free of charge. Showed us some amazing places the we’d never have found on our own.

Always happy to return

Very pleasant reception, we were able to put our motorcycles in a covered shelter, dinner and breakfast super, possibility for motorcycle and helmet care, large rooms, very clean, happy to return.

Perfect base for motorcycle tours
In the summer of 2025, we were traveling in Tyrol for five days as a group of four with our motorcycles. The Hotel Enzian in Landeck was our fixed base for this – and that is exactly what we would do again at any time.
Instead of having to change hotels every day, we were able to start our tours in different directions from here every day. That made our vacation significantly more relaxed.
The hotel is perfectly equipped for motorcyclists. There are sufficient parking spaces as well as covered parking spots for the motorcycles. We particularly liked the outdoor area with the garden and seating options. After every tour, this was the ideal place to let the day wind down together with a cozy beer.
The rooms were spacious, very clean, and perfect for our needs. We were not disappointed culinarily either. We had booked half-board and were thrilled with both the breakfast and the dinner. The breakfast offered a large and varied selection, and in the evening, an excellent salad buffet as well as tasty main courses and desserts awaited us.
The price-performance ratio was also absolutely convincing from our point of view. We felt in the best of hands during our entire stay.
For motorcyclists who want to explore the dreamlike roads of Tyrol/South Tyrol/neighboring Switzerland and are looking for a comfortable, hospitable base, we can recommend Hotel Enzian without reservation.

No AC, no fan. Hot. No soap. Noisy. Diesel fumes.

My reservation got mixed up so I was offered an apartment a block away. No AC or fans on a hot day and the sun sets facing the large window facing a very busy Main Street. No soap so I had to walk across the busy street to buy some. Constant noise from the street below, but I kept the window open because the air was stifling.

Dear Mr. Scots, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that you were unhappy to receive a holiday apartment instead of a hotel room. However, we must clarify that you did not arrive as booked, but a day earlier. Therefore, there was no overbooking; we simply tried to accommodate you as best we could, even though we weren't actually obligated to, since you arrived a day early.
Of course, you would have received your room on your booked arrival date. We are therefore somewhat surprised by your reaction in the media; we only wanted to be of assistance and even canceled the room you booked for the following day free of charge.
This procedure is certainly not standard practice in all hotels. Perhaps you could take a closer look at your booking details for future hotel reservations; this would surely prevent problems for both parties. We wish you a pleasant onward journey.

Beware: not like the photos at all!!!!

Beware, this hotel is not like the photos at all. Our room was dirty (my partner picked up crumbs from the floor) and there were stains up the wall. The undersheet on the bed was also stained and the "shower stool" had mold growing in its ridges. We asked to change as other people in our group were put in much nicer rooms. But as I'm disabled, they put me in this much worse room. Horrible.
