A comfortable hotel with perfect service!
The hotel is located in the centre of Madrid.
It even had a kitchen and a big fridge and freezer.
Plus, when I stayed, I had a bottle of free white wine in my room. I've never had a service like this before!
When I arrived and tried to check in, I was offered Cava (sparkling wine) during the check-in process. Also, when I waited in the lobby in the morning, the service was just amazing, with detox water by the reception desk and free to drink.
The rooms were large, and it was so quiet that I couldn't believe it was a hotel on the main street. Of course, it goes without saying that the rooms are clean.
The breakfast buffet was very friendly, although there wasn't much of a variety.
It was very affordable and very cosy.

Perfect Spring break with US teens
Our stay at SmartRental Gran Via Capital was absolutely wonderful, especially traveling as a mom with three teenage daughters. The layout and vibe were perfect for us.
The highlight was definitely the friendly staff. We were welcomed by Lisa at the front desk, and she was truly terrific! She immediately set us up for success by writing down suggestions to get coffee nearby after our overnight flight and remained incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip. Every staff member we encountered was just as kind.
The location is unbeatable. It is extremely walkable to all the major tourist sites and museums, and the Metro is right there if you need it. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, making arrival and departure a breeze.
We loved the beautiful pool and terrace area. It’s a stunning spot to eat, though we did find it wasn't particularly well-staffed during our dinner on Thursday night. On the plus side, Catorce downstairs was very nice and a great convenient option for dining.
Overall, a fantastic experience in the heart of Madrid. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation
We have just left the smart rental connection gran via, central. We had a great time as a family, the location is excellent, the staff are very accommodating and friendly and the facilities are great. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 5 in the two bed apartment. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

I had an amazing stay. If something was not okay with the room (broien tv, shower leaks) they repait it or move us in abother room. The A/C works very well. They sould watch sometimes the pool deck because some parents let their kids fight in water and play and splash other guests like if they were at the WaterPark. I had an argue with a parent about that.

Excellent hotel
It is an ideal hotel to stay in Madrid. The staff in general is super friendly and helpful. The facilities are impeccable. A very good experience, I recommend it. 10/10
