Wonderful stay — exceeded our expectations!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay — exceeded our expectations!
We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our holiday from start to finish.
The location is excellent — very convenient, with the sea, swimming pools and everything you need close by. Our flight and transfer were great, and although check-in was later than expected, we were able to get into our room shortly after 2 pm.
The staff at reception were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and always ready to help with any questions.
Our room exceeded all our expectations. We had a beautiful, very clean and well-kept room with a side sea view. The housekeeping was excellent — the room was cleaned very thoroughly and towels were changed every day. We stayed for a week and our bed linen was also changed during our stay. Everything was spotless.
And the sea is absolutely amazing — crystal clear! If you stay here, definitely bring water shoes and a snorkelling mask. We saw so many fish and had an incredible time swimming and snorkelling.
We also had some wonderful experiences during our stay. We went kayaking and watched the sunset with a fantastic guide. It was such a memorable experience, and we received the beautiful photos from the tour literally the next day.
There are also some lovely restaurants and bars nearby. We particularly enjoyed the pizzeria, the pool bar and the restaurant at the resort. But our favourite was the little restaurant by the yacht club, right on the pier. Beautiful location, delicious food and a really special atmosphere.
We also rented bicycles, which was a great idea. We explored the whole Verudela peninsula and cycled into Pula, which was beautiful and full of character.
Getting around was very easy too — buses and taxis were reasonably priced, quick and convenient.
We did notice that some guests were queuing early in the morning to reserve pool loungers. However, we also noticed that even around 10–11 am there were still free loungers, so there was no real problem if you came later. We personally only used the pool once or twice because the sea was simply too beautiful to resist!
There is also another lovely beach nearby — Ambrela Beach — where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset. The water was crystal clear and the entrance into the sea was very nice.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Everything was comfortable, clean and convenient, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to the entire hotel team and staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Everything was truly excellent.
And a special thank you to TUI as well — the package was very well organised and the price was excellent for the quality of the holiday.
We would definitely come back! ❤️

Fantastic but....

The location is beautiful and the resort on the whole lovely. But ... be careful that you actually get what you booked. This holiday was supposed to be a special treat for my goddaughter after a rough time
But ... we booked a four star twin room and we got a at best three star double and after asking git a rickety z-bed. Also there were screaming kids around which we didn't expect. Despite the weather being great, the swimming beach being good fun (well except €25 a day for 2 sunbeds and umbrella ) the food was delicious and the people very friendly and hospital.
Shame the room spoiled things some

Kids area was great and staff was AMAZING - very impressed. Also very nice including they were with kids for the evening shows 5stars!!
Hotel area nice and is situated really beautiful.
The only minus - is that one evening our AC broke - and with the summer heat and two small kids this was awful. We asked to change room but it was said it was fully booked. We asked for fans at least and the reception said they would check. But after not coming back I went to the reception to ask again and they said they have no fans. They said we have no choice but to sleep in the heat.
The day after when I wanted to file a complaint they didn’t want to handle it instead they gave me two email addresses but I have not heard anything yet - 3 weeks have passed
If this would have been managed better they would get a lot better review

Terrible

Very poor cleanliness, we had an unusable terrace full of bird droppings because there was a nest, we reported it multiple times but with no result, the pool loungers were always occupied by people from outside the hotel and when you told the assistants they laughed and played with their cell phones.
