Lovely apartment
It is a lovely apartment and pool area. Everything you need and parking
Tom is really helpful
Tv has some English channels plus Netflix.
It is on the edge of a residential area, there are restaurants you can walk to and plenty of supermarkets near and a big shopping mall 20mins walk. It is a 30min walk into the heart of the old town but 6mins in the car

Absolutely Fantastic
This place is a an absolute gem. Not many places in Zadar have swimming pools, so this immediately attracted us to staying here. And I’m so glad that we did. Everything you could need is within a 20/30 (maximum) minute walk which for us is absolutely fine. This includes shops/ old town/ the beach etc.
The room was spotless when we arrived, coming with bath towels, beach towels, basic cooking utensils and ingredients (oil/salt/pepper). Your a 5 minute walk from a huge InterSpar and many other supermarkets which we found very useful. There is also a big shopping mall a 5/10 minute walk away which is useful on days you want to be out of the heat or if it’s overcast.
The owner was lovely for our entire stay and helped with any questions we had. Thank you so much for having us, you made our first trip to Zadar unforgettable and I hope to return very soon.

A lovely place to stay. Would have loved to have stayed longer.
When we booked this place we didn’t look at the reviews on tripadvisor only on booking.com which were all positive and to be honest can’t quite understand the negative reviews on here. When we arrived the host was very nice. Check in was easy and simple. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had everything we could need as well as additional little things like olive oil to help cook. The showers seemed brand new and the outside area to eat was lovely. The pool was always clean and there were plenty of sun beds. Overall the place its self was brilliant. We were a short walk from the local supermarket allowing us to pick up food easily as we didn’t have a car. The walk to the beach is 20 minutes and to centre of Zadar was 30 minutes we did each walk almost everyday. We only wish we had more time here. Would recommend to anyone and would love to come back.

Not pet friendly, dont come with a dog! Probably a fine accommodation.
We were supposed to stay here for 1 night with a dog. We booked the appartment by booking.com. We asked the owner if it was possible to check in early. We had a wedding that evening and wanted to get ready there on time. The owner told us we were not allowed to leave the dog in the house with us gone. But who takes their dog to a wedding? Our dog behaves very well, doenst bark and only sleeps. We would come back several times to walk with him and check if everything is ok. But this was not ok for the owner. He told us we were not welcome anymore but also would not get back our money and were not allowed to cancel the booking for free. As soon as we got a heated discussion he stopped writing the messages in english and used croatian. Luckily there is such a thing as google translate and we have croatian friends who helped us out. Eventually the owner would not let us stay nor cancel the appartment for free. Booking.com helped us out (they are able to read everything in the messages) and realised that the owner was unreasonable. They cancelled it for free for us. What i dont get is that you put on your site that pets are welcome, but you dont let people leave them for a bit at the accommodation. As if we would take our dog every step we make, the dog needs rest and doesnt enjoy everywhere we go. That you only can bring a dog that behaves well i could understand. The owner also said that we would probably get some revenge by writing a bad review. Well this is not revenge for me, just looking out for other people who are willing to stay with a dog. Thought they should know so the owner and the other guests will not get the same issues as we did. Not good for anyone. The accommodation looked really well on the photos, we were really looking forward to it. I assume that that would be good for you to stay.

Royal Disappointment
Too much noise from the road what is close-by, the entrance of the house not easy to find. Kitchen has broken cabinets, fungus on the doors, heating is via airconditioning and only 1 to provide heating in 3 rooms! The bathroom is small and outdated with a boiler right above the douche cabin ?!? The pool wasn't as clean as we tough it should be, we did not use the pool as the temperature did not allowed us at the time. The host is looking through a webcam to every step you make. It's absolutely not dog friendly neighbour hood, there is no space at all to walk your dog and aggressive dogs from around are barking and attacking you when passing by. The distance to Zadar centrum is way to far.
