Terrible service

Disgusting service, boorish reception staff. Left the suitcase in the storage room for two days, returned with the lock locked! Security video was refused. At the same time, the room rate does not correspond to the stated number of stars or the service provided.

这水看着就恶心，放了半天还是黄色！早晨订的时候没提示不能马上入住，到酒店了告诉只能下午入住！在车里坐了一上午！对中国人不友好！

Отличный отель, уютно, чисто, номер полулюкс просторный, светлый. Очень хорошее обслуживание и внимательный персонал. В номере есть все необходимое чай,кофе,чайник, фен,тапочки,халат,шампунь,гель, небольшой минибар
