Steps to the Bell Tower and subway, yet quiet and tucked away. I will definitely stay here again.

Gaud's map does not matter to the actual location, the room is poorly soundproofed and smooth

By car to the hotel according to the Gaudí map, the car stop has arrived, but I can't see the hotel at all, pulling heavy luggage in the street looking for about 5 minutes to find the hotel! The hotel is newly designed and characteristic, thanks to the staff to help me upgrade the room, when picking up the room informed that there will be a sound problem, it will not stop until 9:00 p.m. After arriving in the room, we found that the acoustic problem was serious, because there is a stage on the floor of the hotel, and many elderly people used an amplifier to sing the play loudly! The next day about 1am began to hear the sound of the drama, which bothered me to want a quiet environment. If the hotel uses double layer glass, the noise can be greatly reduced. The room is all ground glass windows, the lighting is very abundant, but the air conditioning is not powered, opened for two hours, the room is still not heated, it is still very damp, until the evening the temperature drops! The hotel has a laundry room, there are two washing machines and a dryer, a small number, I used to want to wash, but see the need to line up, or go back to the room to rest.
The hotel is only 5 minutes from the clock building and very close. Transportation is also convenient. But the room basically has no view, and there are few food types for breakfast. Have to pick up a free cocktail in the evening, how much to drink.

Great location not so great room or service

I stayed at Moxy Xi'an and had a mixed experience.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It's very central, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. The area felt lively and convenient, making it a great base for exploring Xi'an.
One thing to note is that the hotel can be a little difficult to find at first. It's somewhat hidden, and the lobby is located on the second floor rather than at street level.
The staff were friendly and polite, but English proficiency was quite limited. We were still able to communicate basic needs, and everyone was pleasant to deal with.
The biggest disappointment was when the air conditioning in our room stopped working. Rather than offering a room change, the hotel provided a floor fan. Unfortunately, the fan did very little to cool the room and was not an adequate solution, especially during warmer weather.
The rooms are also on the smaller side, which may be something to consider if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or prefer more space.
Overall, the fantastic location is the hotel's strongest feature, but the handling of the air conditioning issue left a lot to be desired.

Staycation New Year’s Eve in Xi’an, Moxy has it all. I chose to say here because when I lived in ShenZhen, I would stay at the Moxy and Longhorn as well as hang out there with friends.  I wanted to be near the bell tower, and although this hotel is a little bit more than the others on the street view, it has the things that I need and has the amenities as expected. Tammy from Shenzhen helped get me connected to Xi’an’s location. Anthony is managing here. Great service!
There is a book lounge, gym, and laundry, as well as a full bar. Currently there is not the happy hour/dinner kitchen open, but multiple restaurants in the culture block attached (suggested it Masala Pakistani Restaurant). Street food is of quality too!
Their breakfast is a mix of buffet and continental. The room I had overlooked the opera stage, museum, courtyard, and a beautiful morning of Qin singing and Opera alongside instruments. The sunrise and temple roof views spot on.
This location has a music bar downstairs with a wonderful band as well as servers. Everything is decorated uniquely and also with the Moxy style.
Their beds and pillows are so comfortable, and the simple set up of their hangers and furniture is really appreciated. I like the choice of their shampoos and bathroom amenities.  Sometimes the summer months can get a little bit more expensive, but if you book ahead, it’s most economical for the stay here because they have everything you need. The area has so many things to do just on one corner. Next to subway also.

Very impressive hotel totally because of the staff they have. Special thanks to Daisy Lui, despite late in the night, she make all efforts to secure a tour for us the following day. I have not seen such services before. Also many thanks to 小白，小林，小 张。my stay have been a very pleasant one.
