Easter at Sharm Resort

Great location and beautiful coral reef. The rooms are dated and should be renovated, but everything worked: hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning.
Repetitive food and should improve.
Overall good value for money.

Very nice hotel !

First of all I must thank you so much to the staff on the reception, they were all the time so kind with me !
Hotel has a marvelous position and the sea in front of the hotel is fantastic, full of incredible coloured fishes.
Rooms are not brand new, but beautiful inside, especially the ones near the sea.
In general i can say it is a very nice hotel and price we payed was very reasonable !

Not advice by this hotel

Very bad service
Very bad foods
Rooms not clean and there no tissue and soap
Staff not professional speaking with each other by loudy voice and not respect customers
Always staff are not satisfied with management and this affect customers service
I’m not advice any one by such bad experience

It could have been definitely better....

We had booked a superior and a standard room but on our arrival we were instead shown first a newly renovated but dirty apartment and then another with all the wet floor almost flooded. Only after complaints we were assigned a superior room as they call it which actually had a very nice view but was very lacking from the point of view of the sanitary since they worked little. In the period we stayed the sewer broke. The sewage was coming out of a pump, the Manhole was opened poolside for 3 days with children passing quietly and smelling nauseating. Everything close to restaurants and bars. Only when they saw people making videos "we too "put a protection "sheet". Moreover a mouse passed on my husband's foot but for them everything normal.... In the face of our complaints my husband was also insulted in English "thinking she was not understood" by the head of fruit Village.
In conclusion of beautiful only the beautiful coral reef and the view of the room overlooking the pool and sea
