Nice room with microwave and coffe maker. Additional bed for kids. Great staff.
However,
It is non-AC and windows wont open. So, if you have issues with closed spaces, you should talk to the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's location near the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and well-arranged, making for a pleasant stay.
My only criticisms are that the blinds were too small to properly cover the window and that there was a recurring issue with the shower turning on by itself in the middle of the night. Despite these hiccups, it was a great choice for my trip.

OK for a short stay

I wonder why this place lacks reviews on Tripadvisor? Its quite a big hotel right in the middle of Oulu. Staying here would seem quite expensive if booked direct, but I managed to find a reasonable price via a booking agency. The room was pretty small and the furnishings basic, but it was quiet, despite the city centre location. There are supermarkets and food outlets within easy reach. There was a pleasant view from the large windows and the room was immaculately clean. The breakfast, served from 06.30am, was fine: hot and cold options. The hotel stored my baggage after checkout.
Less good things: sewage small in bathroom; curtains did not fit properly (this matters in June@65 degrees N).
Overall: this would feel a bit confining for a long stay but is a good option for a day or two if you can find a way to save on the rack rate.

This place is only recommended for solo or single traveler who can adjust with anything. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED for families with kids.
This is exactly similar to a cruise style cabin.
Only benefit is City center since everything is nearby and its convenient.
