Lack of training

Train your reception agents. There is a real lack of investment, particularly in the collection of opinions.

Horrible.

Horrible and sleepless night due to the mess set by a group of Carnival people. The worst part is the contempt of the management when you claim for the reimbursement of the room.

Hotel for visiting Bordeaux and the wine regions

Nice hotel, spacious room, small shower and toilet but functional. Tram C takes you from the hotel to the centre of Bordeaux for 1.90 one-way.
Staff super friendly.
Breakfast as with all budget hotels, just neat.

It's troubleshooting for one night

85 euros per night with very good proximity to the exhibition center, you should not expect perfection in the rooms. The finish is aging (impacts, wear), the bed is hard (every taste), the spaces are small, the soundproofing random. But the staff is adorable and a special mention for the maintenance staff who do a hell of a job. I'm not gonna spend the week there anyway.
