Great experience, thank you.

Frankly, super surprised by this First Class at Ormoy. It is super convenient between Mennecy and Corbeil, just off the road but quiet. The room was super clean and the breakfast is really okay for the price, it troubleshoots well in the morning. For the fare, it's honestly the top in the area. I will come back without hesitation.

I share a very disappointing experience.
I had a reservation that obviously was never registered. As a result, I waited outside for almost 5 hours without any serious care.
When I was finally able to speak to someone on the spot, not only was no solution offered to me, but I was also told, without any embarrassment: “I don’t apologize, I never make a mistake.”
Beyond the initial mistake, which can happen, it is the attitude that is the problem. No sense of service, no questioning, and no respect for customer time.
I strongly advise against this establishment until this type of behavior is corrected.

Clean, good size room and good sized beds. We checked in late, after midnight, but we rang and the hotel receptionist was happy to wait for us. Only speak French though. Had usb charger ports which was helpful! Very clean, had good shower.

Since I am a positive person 😊 I will start with the good. The room was small but okay for the price. The bath was newly renovated and the beds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the immediate surroundings were quite scary, with trash piled up and abandoned shops and restaurants. Then the hotel parking lot was full of people (I would guess around 50 persons) that did not speak French and they were yelling to each other, car engines were running for no good reason, and kids were screaming until midnight. I have no idea if they were staying at the hotel or not but for most travelers this is quite unpleasant. In my opinion this must be fixed.
