A welcome surprise

Very convenient because very close to the airport - entered and exited without problems having already checked in on Line - very professional - old hotel but with rooms that are real apartments - very spacious - bathroom ditto - rooms clean and especially warm - recommended

For heaven's sake... better sleep in the car!

A nightmare: we set up a room to spend a few hours at night before going to the airport.
Given that to go to the room it is necessary to make an absurd path in which beautiful middle there is a sapling rose whose thorns are difficult to evade, once you arrive in the room can not fail to leap at the eyes the rampant humidity that makes the environment absolutely unhealthy and difficult to compatible with the minimum needs of a human being.
But, absurdly, there is even worse: the bed mattress... an incredible thing, worse than sleeping on the floor! Never heard anything more uncomfortable!
Complete the picture a bed made of iron (including the part on which the mattress rests) that, without wanting to overdo it (and you can see clearly from the photos I post) is at least 15.cm wider mattress itself!!
In short, as far as we are concerned, we could not sleep a wink for the general conditions of a room that is not worthy of the name.
Only positive note the proximity to Malpensa airport (at 4 am about 10 minutes by car).
For everything else, while understanding that it is a 2-star property, we found the room assigned to us absolutely bad.

Paying for a room you can’t get into

Terrible experience, don’t EVER book there! At night it’s a self check in and if the computer doesn’t work well you’ll be left outside in the middle of the night. And then when you call them to get a refund they call you a liar telling you that the system works. My 55 year old mom was left there and I had to book another room in another hotel from a distance in the middle of the night. I never leave negative comments but this is a total shame! Worst experience I’ve ever had in the service industry

TERRIBLE.

Our experience at Hotel Ascot was deeply disappointing. Room 102 on the first floor had numerous inconveniences that made the stay unsustainable:
• Unbearable smell of smoke: Although it was clearly stated on Booking that the rooms are non-smoking, the room was soaked in a smokey smell that it was unlivable.
• Tampered smoke sensor: The detector was covered with a sachet or handkerchief, an irresponsible gesture that endangers the safety of guests.
• Non-existent cleaning: Under the sheets and the bedspread was a showy urine stain. The room was also invaded by cobwebs in the corners, dead insects crushed on the walls and hair scattered everywhere, a clear sign of poor hygiene and total lack of care.
Fortunately, we only stayed for a few hours waiting for the flight, but staying in such conditions was unacceptable. I highly recommend this hotel for the total absence of minimum standards of cleanliness and safety.

Filthy, uncomfortable and a complete joke

Filthy stains everywhere on the carpet on the bed on the walls, mold in the shower and holes in the tiles, dates trashed furnishings, ancient rock hard lumpy mattress and pillows and only 1 flat pillow per person, rubbish still in bins from previous guests, both bathroom and bedroom and no bin liners, rubbish in cupboards ripped blanket, no duvet, disgusting old shower curtain, marks and holes in walls. Utterly disgusted and insulted by the lack of care and cleanliness avoid at all costs would not return if you paid me, the worst end to a lovely trip.
