Having received an email a few days before my arrival, I felt expected. Very welcome, clean and very quiet hotel, decent breakfast

Disappointing...

3-star hotel that is not worth it. Red room, with average decor. Carpet on the floor is borderline. A tiny room where it is impossibly hot. 1 fan is placed there for lack of air conditioning. Everything is dilapidated, yet there is a desire to have "refurbished" it to give a new effect. Clogged sink in the bathroom. Bedding needs to be reviewed: you get the feeling of an old mattress that is sagging.
We come to see family and friends 1 time a month in Paris, we will not come back here anymore...
The welcome and the staff: warm. Only positive point.

Max, the night manager, was amazing!!! Really helpful with everything, gave good recommendations and helped when we experienced trouble! However the rooms were unbearable warm (we checked out one day earlier due to the heat) and the people working the sa shift in the reception barely spoke English and were not so eager to help. We often had to explain multiple times and often felt as a burden when asking for eg. Ice to handle the heat.

Welcoming team

I am always welcome (7 days a week; 24 hours a day) in this hotel which I have become a regular since 2024. Breakfast is hearty. The hotel is ideally located (metro, restaurants, walks).

Situé à proximité des stations de métro Pernety (ligne 13) et Alésia (ligne 4), l’hôtel Ariane Montparnasse permet en effet de rejoindre facilement tous les quartiers de Paris. Le quartier regorge également de bonnes adresses, pour toutes les envies et tous les budgets.
