Wonderful stay, forever memories!!!!
Took my daughters here for 9days & we felt right at home. The pleather of information in the book on the dining room table was a fantastic resource.
Would happily book again!!!!

The room for two was literally not more then 9m. It was clean but at the price £200 per night to hear the question “do you room to beget clean” is strange.
It is a tiny hotel, about 7-9 suits, converted house.
The sparse thing was breakfast. This part was a must for us, and seeing nothing, not even coffee in the second morning was shocking.
My friend had to leave and she went without breakfast at 8.20 because…. The lady who was supposed to put everything out was late…
Could not be bothered to ask for refund or even make a fuss. But it is my responsibility to make all trip.com travelers aware.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing. For each item, only one or two portions were available. If you wanted more, you had to wait for the staff to bring it — if they decided to come at all. For example, the honey ran out. When I informed the staff, instead of refilling it, they simply removed the honey container and said they didn’t have any more. The next day, the same empty container was placed back on the table.
Overall, this hotel does not meet even the basic expectations of a 4-star property. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Scammers
I had a confirmed reservation at Villa Eiffel Mademoiselle, booked two months in advance through Trip.com. When I arrived at the hotel in Paris, I was shockingly told that my reservation had been cancelled because the hotel was “sold out”.
After further investigation, it became clear that the hotel had knowingly cancelled my reservation to resell the room at a higher price to another guest, and then tried to shift the blame onto Trip.com. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior.
Thankfully, Trip.com handled the situation professionally and immediately found me an alternative hotel, and they clearly confirmed that this cancellation was the hotel’s fault, not the booking platform’s.
Being left without accommodation upon arrival in a foreign city is extremely stressful and could have completely ruined my trip. A hotel that treats confirmed reservations this way cannot be trusted.
I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this hotel. If they can cancel a confirmed booking just to make more money, they can do it to you too.
