Very Disappointing!

We went to the restaurant twice to have a drink between 2 PM and 6 PM and the quality of the drinks served was not at all the same... servers who don't even acknowledge you, no hello, nothing... it's like we're bothering them!
Drinks were sometimes cold, sometimes hot, without a spoon, without a napkin, without the little cookie that was served the previous time... and when you ask why, they tell you it depends on the server... in short, it's hit or miss there.... You might as well go to the first brasserie around the corner; you will be treated better and you will pay less (5.50€ for a pathetic latte).
Bye! I will go give my money to people who do their job well.

Chez Mama, on aime que chaque client se sente accueilli avec le sourire et profite d'un service attentionné, quelle que soit l'heure de la journée. Ce que vous décrivez concernant l'accueil, la qualité des boissons et le manque de régularité n'est clairement pas l'expérience que nous souhaitons offrir.
Nous allons partager votre retour avec nos équipes afin de comprendre ce qu'il s'est passé et nous assurer que ce type de situation ne se reproduise pas.

Great Weekend Vive le France.

We have a brilliant stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are quirky, practical and clean and its a brilliant base for exploring the east side of the city. Breakfast was lovely as was the bar. The only downside was that we found that the staff were not the most attentive, with the exception of the young irish chap (sure his name was seth) who was great.
We will be back 100%. Cant wait.

Very disappointed on Valentine's Day

Valentine's dinner. I had a good memory of the restaurant with a fairly intimate atmosphere, dimmed light, it seemed appropriate for this occasion. We had a table directly under a spot, while opposite the tables of two people, half bench half chair remained empty. I think it was the worst table in the whole restaurant. On the menu side, it's rather disappointing. On the service side, the waitress was really top, we really enjoyed it. In the end, I doubt we'll come back to it.
