Happy we found this place

Best place we have stayed in Paris. Gabriella is so helpful and went of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent breakfast, big, comfortable rooms. AC works great! Thank you Gabriella

Wonderful place to stay in Paris!

A beautifully appointed B&B within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable luxurious bedding, lovely toiletries provided. Dimitri was wonderfully accommodating and made us breakfast when we needed to leave prior to the normal breakfast hours. Lots of small local restaurants nearby (walking distance). Would definitely stay here again!

The location alone is enough for this to be a wonderful stay… however: the stunning rooms, updated amenities, breakfast service and friendly team taking care of the guests make it exceptional. We had the best time and wish we didn’t have to leave. The folks running Relais 12bis B&B go above and beyond to make your stay easy, personal and a trip to remember.

The best family run B&B in Paris

Phillipe was very kind and answered all our questions from the time we booked and arrived at the B&B. We were welcomed by Dimitri who took our luggage and welcomed us in the common area which offered coffee, water, sodas, cookies and baked goods 24/7. He had our room ready in 20 mins. We didn’t have to wait till 3 pm. He helped with downloading the e-sim for Paris. We were also welcomed by Phillipe and his wife Sabine. We met Oliver, the younger son of Phillipe who was just as helpful and kind as his father and Dimitri (a family friend). We loved our stay and will highly recommend to all our friends and family.
The location can’t be beat. 5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower, metro and train.
Our room was spacious with separate bathroom and closet. It was very clean and quiet.
We loved our breakfast they provided each morning and prepared eggs to one’s liking. We had fresh delicious croissants and baguettes each morning along with assortment of meats and cheese.
There was nothing that we didn’t like, thanks to our superb hosts for making us welcome there.

Feel the Parisian vibe in a Parisian building having French breakfast and very close to the Eiffel Tower, neighborhood super safe at anytime, I do recommend this place.
