Cleaner than a garbage dump

The owners stole from us, they refused to refund, the room was dirty, NOT, THE NEXT. In a state of extreme unsanitary conditions, now you will see photos. Everything was dirty, scarce staff, and super rude. On top of that, he admits that he does not work there, unsafe, unbearable odors. You sleep better on the street than in that hotel (calling it a hotel is too much). Please do not go, really, it is not healthy to sleep in that room. I requested a refund and they refuse. I hope no one ever goes to that dump again.

Hotel to escape

Unhealthy hotel with mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, a cockroach in the bathroom and sheets that smell of vinegar.
The beds were not made and the staff can enjoy.
I don't recommend this hotel.

nightmarish hotel

I was double-checking my expenses for the last year, and I remembered a 270 euro charge made in mid-September 2024 by the aforementioned hotel, despite cancelling the reservation. arrived in Milan we tried to contact the structure by phone to further confirm the reservation, having found another accommodation more suited to our needs. since we had received neither confirmation of cancellation nor refund, we went directly to the structure in order not to lose the money. arrived on the spot we interfaced with a decadent and dirty building. in truth the guys at the reception were very nice and helpful, trying to find a solution to our problem. obviously we were not the only ones in the same situation, but there were several groups of tourists who had had their money stolen despite canceling the reservation. but this is only the tip of the iceberg of what happens behind those walls: endless waits to talk to their superiors, dogs that wander around the building without any supervision, unreliable people who seemed to have X-ray vision to understand what we had in the bag. I conclude by saying that they had proposed, instead of refund, to share the bedroom and bathroom with 4 male tourists unknown to us. following our bad experience, we can only strongly advise against this terrible shack. (refund never had).

4 Min Damage

structure of dubious quality, you take 150 euros commission on a structure purchased at speed alas (there was no spare room in Milan of any kind) and canceled immediately after, if 4 minutes create a damage of 150 euros better change trade

Cancelled my booking

Dont go to this place. On our way from the Airport to Milano City, I got a message from Ambra Hotel that my card was not valid and I should make update in case of I wrote a number wrong. I did that. I got the same message. Then I used an another card. I got the same message again and the cancelled my stay at their place. And of course, they didnt pick up the phone when I immediately called them several times. So I didnt had a place together with my 11 year old son. That was not very nice and beside the stress we ended up, paying 90 Euro more at a new place for the time in Milano then planned. Funny enough, my card worked fine the day before, same day and the following time all other places. Smart for them is, that I couldnt write an review at booking, because I didnt stayed there. They are cheating you, dont go there.
