BEST LOCATION

This was my first trip as a solo traveler and I could not have picked a better hotel as a 60 +.The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly but the location was AMAZING.Metro and trams on doorstep Metro to Lake Como for the day and trams 16 to get to the cathedral and shopping areas Good food places and great shopping just outside hotel.

Very good

Only stayed for 1 night however, it was nice to stay in a room that actually has a wardrobe for your clothes (rather than just a hanging rail) and has a sink that has a plug in it - most of the big brand modern hotels that I’ve stayed in don’t.
Other than that I found the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed to be very comfortable and the overall ambience relaxing.
My tip would be not to try registering for WiFi using the ‘social media’ option; when I tried this it kept going around circles, but to use the ‘Register’ option when you use your e-mail and Room number to sign in.

Location is good

Overall experience of stay is okey.
Air-conditioning cooling was not up to to mark
Sofa was not clean

Everything was excellent, apart from small shower area. Good staff. Good service. Good location of the hotel.

Small but impressive Hotel in Milano

This hotel is may favorite hotel in Milano and whenever I had a chance to come up Milano,I chose
immediately this small but frienly and comfotable hotel.
