AN ICON OF EXCELLENCE AT THE RADISSON BLU IN MILAN - UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE

We stayed at the Radisson Blu in Milan for two nights and can affirm that we experienced an exemplary stay in every respect. This is a hotel of great prestige, where every detail is crafted with mastery, passion, and a professionalism that leaves one speechless.
With great praise, I wish to emphasize the extraordinary attention of the staff: every member deserves heartfelt and sincere commendation. Each of them was friendly, smiling, helpful, and accommodated every request with a promptness and kindness that we found truly commendable. A team that makes human quality its strong point.
The impeccably clean room deserves a chapter of its own: a deep, meticulous, almost obsessive cleanliness in the best possible way. Every corner was well-maintained, the fabrics fragrant, the floor immaculate, and the bathroom shining. A sense of freshness and order that made our rest even more rejuvenating. We can say that we have rarely found such meticulous care for hygiene and detail.
The excellent breakfast was a celebration of goodness: all top-quality products, from fresh pastries to exquisite cold cuts, from eggs prepared on the spot to freshly squeezed juices. A very varied selection that satisfies every palate, even the most demanding.
And what can be said about the impeccable service? From the reception to the restaurant, from room service to the staff on the floors: every interaction was smooth, timely, and elegant. Not a moment of waiting, not a single flaw. We can affirm that the Radisson Blu in Milan is not simply a luxury hotel, but a true school of hospitality. Superlatives are not enough. We will return, and we will enthusiastically recommend it to anyone looking for the best in Milan.

Functional, at best.

The hotel is soulless but perfectly functional. Staff were efficient but not friendly. Food was good - room somewhat depressing.
Biggest issue for me was the unbelievably strong scents used to spray drapes and curtains - I had a terrible headache and had to leave windows open to alleviate the smell.

We stumbled upon a hotel with uneducated staff with terrible English-skills, a hotel which was a long way from being 4-star hotel in terms of cleaning.

The hotel was good and public transport to city center was fine. My 8-year old daugther loved the pool and did not mind that it was indoors. My wife missed that there is no sundeck for tanning such as the unused roof…. The cleaning was in general good, but we had a glass accident and small pieces went all over both bath room and sleeping room. We had to ask for additional cleaning three times before all glass splinters were gone and it was obvious after the first two cleanings that not all of the floor had been cleaned and we still found a number of glass splinters. Apart from this, we were treated nicely by all and some treated us exceptionelly good, such as Elaine in the restaurant.

Excellent hotel!

I really liked the stay. Hotel well located, quiet area, close to the departures (metro / bus). Spectacular breakfast. Fantastic suite!! Very polite and sought-after staff.
