Comfortable and amazing place

Amazing staff! Perfect location, it has been a fabulous and comfortable holiday in Milan! B&B Vigentina is perfect to have an amazing time in a beautiful city such as Milan. Clean and marvellous apartment perfect for everyone who wants to have the leisure to enjoy Italy

Would not recommend

I am sure the property is nice *if* you can get there...
but beware that your booking is nonrefundable and that she will not make an effort to see you except in her defined 'check-in' hours of 2-5pm. So if your flight is delayed or you cannot be sure of making it by then, for example - forget it.
Very unhappy about our interactions and the fact that this was not clear on the website on which I booked. The 20 Euro 'late check in' fee read as an annoyance - it ended up not even being a reality, because she only accepts late check ins until 6pm.

Best than hotel

Order The apartment with garden when booking its like a small villa very clean and the hosts Claudia and her sister gaya make you like a member of a family the clean every 2 day and the breakfast change every 2 day with a nespresso coffee machine with different taste of cartridges the sport room near the garden and the bathroom with glass wall suitable for honeymoon the blankets and towels always clean with lovely flower smell and the dinning table with a dreamy plated i think you feel like home

A tiny and noisy room not more

The place is in a private Apt. Block which is not easy to find. First the positiv. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and the location is central. Free wifi is included.
Things we did not like. It is very noisy from the neighbours above. They charge you 20 Euro for "late check in" after 5pm! The room was a junior suite, now I know the meaning of that. Perfect if you are 12 years old. All super small, especially the shower. Did not know such tiny showers exist.
We would not come back. Next time we pay a bit more and choose a hotel.

Real unfriendly attitude of the owner.

We tried to change the schedule of our reservation, but the owner had no service attitude at all. This is why we loosed € 350.
This is the first time in my travelling history. At the same time the lady was utmost cruel and unfriendly.
This is the service attitude of this place.
