Beautiful welcome and professionalism
We were guests of Mr. Arturo and the kind lady. The b & b is in Piazza Cavour, a stone's throw from the historic center of Naples. It is characterized by three rooms with bathroom, recently converted into a stately apartment. Excellent breakfast, with fresh croissant or pastry sfogliatella. Great rooms for cleanliness and functionality. A big thank you to Mr. Arturo for advice aimed at an intelligent visit of the city

INGRESSIVE AND BAD PROFESSIONS
We had booked a room and a day before the airline canceled the flight.
We informed the hotel address and since it was not our fault they pledged to return the money.
From that day on, they turn off our phone whenever we call them, blocking us.
Agestates
All they wanted was the money.
I do not recommend it to anyone

Even today I called from another number, Laura answered and as soon as she knew who it was, she closed it.
Very bad professionals.
Public relations failed
VERY BAD IMPRESSION

More than being with family
On this 3-day trip to Naples my friend Katia and I booked by chance at this B & B which turned out to be excellent for cleanliness, hospitality, availability, services and location
In the center of Naples, connected with a few metro stops or on foot to the most typical and characteristic, as well as cultural, places in the city
The hosts, Mr Arturo and his wife Agnese, two exceptional people who welcome you every morning with puff pastries and delicious breakfasts, in a family and joyful environment
Mr. Arturo led us to visit the most beautiful and interesting areas of Naples, giving us sheets with precise destinations pre-filled in detail
What can I say: an extraordinary and unforgettable stay and difficult to leave without a vivid memory imprinted in our hearts
We recommend everyone to be surrounded by all this warmth, a real plus

Base camp for discovering Naples
What a great stay in the historic and folkloric heart of Naples!! Arturo and his family helped us for everything. Since a very late checkin due to a flight problem until the simple way to order a pizza for delivery. The room is highly safe and perfectly comfortable and we are at really few minutes walking from the Duomo cathedral, the Fontanelle cemetery, the Banksy graffiti, the San Severo chapel and all the most important must-to-see sites. Naples is a wonderful culture mine and the Arturo's home is what you need as base from where to start to dig. Subway station and taxi spot are just in front of the building. I can't list all the pros you can have deciding to be hosted here, but for sure they cover the cons (if you can find). It sounds like a commonplace, but dropping your bags here is like to come back home. Every detail is incredibly clean. For any question... ask to Arturo! He knows the answer!!
