Bad experience
You book thinking of being a hotel, but it's not - it's just a very bureaucratic B&B - you have to fill out a few pages of information on a website - Dimorra SRL (by what I understood is the website that manages the reservations)
Another problem was that we booked a room for 3 days - with breakfast included - for two people. On the day we arrived, they left a lot of breakfast items claiming to be for the 3 days, but there was only a quantity for only one person - we had to buy coffee - it wasn't enough, in addition to very poor - it was only 2 sweet breads for each day, an espresso machine coffee sachet and a small box of juice (this for only one person, because the other would have nothing to eat). Nor are there, nor spoon, knives or any other item, nor is there sugar. The cup for the coffee is extremely large, of plastic and does not fit in the coffee maker - Vc has to stay holding the whole time of the filtration process - which takes quite a while, because the machine is very slow. Vc, also, has no place to wash the glasses you used on one day to take your coffee on the other days - the kitchen gets locked - the glasses get dirty and you have to wash in the bathroom sink. After all, a very frustrating experience - there is no "Humanized" treatment - the guest has many rules, but there is no concern for well-being. Another point also to consider is the following: if you have any problem, the solution is only by whatasapp and only respond from 8:00 to 18:00 - after that only the next day!!!!

THE OWNERS KIND AND WELCOMING, STRUCTURE WELL MAINTAINED WITH EXCELLENT CLEANLINESS, CENTRAL POSITION WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE EASILY BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND REACH THE CENTER OF NAPLES IN A SHORT TIME... I RECOMMEND IT....
