The ROOM WITHOUT VIEW is WITHOUT AIR and with SMELL of closed
The location is definitely great and is also why I chose this property. I haven't seen the sea view rooms, but I guess from the reviews they're nice.
Cons: the lady communicates quickly but tends to use misleading English, let me explain: I communicate that I will arrive around 16:00, she says ‘ok then it’s an early check in’. I kindly ask why he calls it that and send the screenshot of Booking where check in is indicated from 16. He replies that it is a Booking error but it is fine (for early they require an additional 30 euros). Upon arrival at the property, the apartment is recently renovated in a very run-down building. The room indicated as without VIEW to distinguish it from those with SEA view is IMPROPOSABLE. Despite being new it is described with WINDOW WITHOUT VIEW, but in reality the only small window has no view because it overlooks the dilapidated INTERIOR STAIRS. The result is not SIGHTLESS but AIRLESS and WITH CLOSED SMELL. Upon learning from our faces the dislike of the situation the lady informs Booking that we did not show up in the evening and cancels the reservation to avoid us reviewing the accommodation. Unfortunately, the intimidating behavior perceived by the messages with which he writes to us also ruins the reputation of a wonderful city inhabited by decent people.

But not even if it was free.
Hosts who with intimidation try to prevent you from checking in with the intent to re-rent the room (at that point non-refundable). They use the excuse of giving notice well in advance of the arrival time but in our case 7 hours were not enough for them (warned at 3pm that we would arrive at 10pm).
Dilapidated building at the limit of the usable, room with narrow spaces always exposed to the sun, unlivable in summer.
Once we realized that we were going on the second day (we had booked and paid for two nights) they imposed to cancel the reservation so we could not review them and let us get into the black.
The only ones I would recommend a visit to this structure are the inspectors of the Asl or the Guardia di Finanza.

At the beginning of the rating are five stars for everyone.
The B&B Suite Riviera48 in Napoli, offers itself as a B&B, but excludes all meals - one star away!
Dear co reviewer, good location? 3 min to the sea yes right. But when the subway stations are closed, the accessibility is gone, next star gone.
To the sea view, from the first floor you can only see the sea to a limited extent, as the vegetation of the municipal park has grown quite high, next star there.
The room is as described good. For the bubble bath in the room we would have liked a seating with table.
It wasn't cleaned, that's what we assumed, but well!
I don't know from what size a balcony is a balcony. Attention this is very small. Basically you can stay there for a city break, ok! But don't be surprised about the entrance area after the steel gate, almost for an exciting film.
Positive was that you could coordinate well with the staff in English personally as well as on WhatsApp.
