Comfortable appartment but slighly far from city centre
Comfortable apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, dining room, small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and toiletries in the bathroom. Towels replaced one time (wednesday) during a week's stay. Appartment cleaned two times a week (wednesday and saturday).
Good quick email contact with Massimo - delectable owner, he was waiting for us at the appartment, gave a map of the city and advised where to eat. Also he provided us with a LTE router so we could "take internet" everywhere in a pocket.
Two free parkings on both sides of the building.

Neat and comfortable
We went there as a family and kept Pisa as our base to explore Pisa and Florence. Hotels and Airfare were expensive if Florence is considered as base. Pisa to Florence is only 1 hour by train and there are lot of trains between the two stations. We choose an apartment for four of us and there were no complaints with respect to the facilities. Fully functional Kitchen , very good bath fittings and comfortable beds were the highlights. One sofa cum bed in the living room and a separate bed room were available. The flipside to this apartment is that it had only 1 aircon in the living room which was not sufficient to cool both the living room and the bed room (despite the bedroom door kept open). Another disadvantage is that it was 15 minutes away from the Pisa train station. Though you have bus connections very near to this apartment to take you to the train station, you should add this travel time to your schedules. The day we arrived , there was a Bus strike and we were left with no option to travel since you cannot find taxis near this place. Our saving grace was in the form of the owner of this apartment - Massimo . When I informed him that there was a Bus strike, he took his own vehicle to transport me to the train station. Massimo is such a nice person that he goes to any length to serve you.

Comodo!
Ho trovato molto comodo disporre, anche se per pochi giorno, di un piccolo appartamento dove poter fare la colazione al mattino. Situato in posizione strategica, arredato dignitosamente. Esperienza da ripetere

L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e veramente dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietario disponibile e molto cortese.
Molto indicato per le famiglie che vogliono soggiornare a breve distanza dai luoghi d'interesse (tutti facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti d'auto).
Un paio di ristoranti tranquillamente raggiungibili con una passeggiata.
Gli unici due nei sono che si trova in un quartiere esteticamente brutto e che, essendo comunque in un palazzo, può capitare di essere disturbati dai rumori degli altri condomini.
