Nice stay in a small hotel well located
We stayed several nights with the family (2 adults, 1 teenager) in this small 2-star hotel with minimalist style.
The room planned for 4 people was functional, with a large double bed, a bunk bed and a small bathroom with shower. Nothing extravagant, but it’s pretty clean: the cleaning is done every day, which is appreciable.
Contrary to some overly harsh reviews, we found that the hotel kept its promises for its category.
Just know what to expect: simplicity and efficiency.
Welcoming, open only in the morning, has always been cordial.
Ideal location: everything is within easy reach, and the Tower of Pisa is about a 15-minute walk away — perfect for exploring the city without a car.
Practical advice: remember to notify the Welcoming before your arrival if you come by car.
The hotel is located in a guarded area with plate reading: a salty fine (about 100€) can quickly fall.
Paid parking at the hotel is 15€ outside or 20€ inside for the night.
The hotel must take your license plate and declare it to the City Service.

Nightmare Stay - My One-Year-Old Was Bitten by Mosquitoes.
My experience at Hotel Astor was terrible. Mosquitoes bit my one-year-old child, and the bites became infected. There were insects everywhere, the shower didn’t work, and towels cost 3 euros each. There was no mobile signal, let alone Wi-Fi. I wasted 348 euros and did not receive the service I was supposed to get.

I didn't like it.
I stayed at this hotel with my family for a vacation first thing data / giga inside the hotel for some reason does not go wifi is not even that the TV is really bad the bathroom has the window above the shower which is difficult to open the window of the room overlooking another building I do not recommend this hotel if you have to stay for more than a day

Very bad
Small and dirty room, bathroom with clogged sink, and lots of mosquitoes.I strongly recommend .The only positive thing about the hotel location
